ABOUT  O U R   C H U R C H

 

The Foundation for the Protection of the Orphaned Child recognizes that the only way to bring the child to a complete emotional and spiritual restoration is through a genuine personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Therefore the education, discipleship and all the activities carried out within the organization are governed by biblical principles.

 

Because of the difficulty in transporting 100 or more children and staff to one of the local churches, it was decided in 1997 to establish the church at Casa Bernabé. The children and staff as well as people from the surrounding neighborhood attend services at Casa Bernabé each Sunday. Services are at 10:00a.m. Children and adults alike are blessed to have this opportunity to worship and praise our Lord and to study His Word. We are fortunate to have many qualified servants of God sharing the Word with us. These servants serve the church through preaching, teaching, singing, and edifying the body of Christ in Casa Bernabé.  We occasionally take the children to a church off campus, Verbo Sur, as well.
